Tamarind Bio

Tamarind Bio is a website which allows researchers to use bioinformatics tools at scale using a simple interface. On Tamarind, scientists can use computational tools by simply selecting inputs instead of writing code or setting up a high performance computing environment.

Our tools have been used by hundreds of researchers, primarily at academic institutions. We currently focus on tools in structural biology, including protein structure prediction, protein design, and molecular docking.
