BrightLoop increases teacher satisfaction by taking the stress out of personalized instruction - improving student achievement and teacher retention. By supporting teachers in personalizing instruction, offsetting reliance on standardized data and highlighting a teacher’s positive impact on students, BrightLoop strives to decrease teacher turnover and renew a sense of confidence and respect for the teaching profession.
